01Who we are
This website is operated by Frostbite Mídia e Tecnologia Ltda., registered in Brazil under CNPJ 49.974.664/0001-40, with registered address at Rua José Damasceno, 14, Recanto das Flores, Japorã – MS, 79985-000, Brazil ("Frostbite", "we", "us"). For the purposes of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, "LGPD"), Frostbite is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
02Scope
This policy covers frostbite.com.br only. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, available on its page in the app stores and inside the app, which explains what that app collects and why.

03Data we collect
When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write.
When you visit the site. Like any website, our hosting and content delivery provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the page and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time of the request.
Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or any other tracking on this website.
04How we use it
- To reply to you and handle your request, whether it's about a partnership, investment, press or one of our apps. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps prior to a contract when you approach us about doing business (LGPD, art. 7, IX and V).
- To keep the site running and secure, including preventing abuse and fixing technical issues. Legal basis: legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX).
- To comply with legal obligations when the law requires us to keep or disclose certain information. Legal basis: compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (LGPD, art. 7, II).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
06Retention
We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and then delete them unless we need to keep them to comply with the law or to defend our rights. Technical logs are kept by our providers for short periods, in line with their own policies.
07Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data, and give you access to it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymize, block or delete data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed unlawfully;
- port your data to another provider;
- tell you who we have shared your data with;
- delete data processed based on your consent, and withdraw that consent;
- review our use of legitimate interest as a legal basis, and object to it.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will reply within the timeframes set by law. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
08Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the email inbox where we receive messages is restricted to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
09Changes
We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
